The Seniors Fitness Program (SFP) is specially designed for adults aged 60 years and above.The program focuses on improving respiratory health, muscular stability, balance, cognitive sharpness, and sleep quality. Through a combination of physical activity, mindfulness, and therapeutic exercises, participants can improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
