
Multi Sports Ability is a program unique to the needs of 4 to 8 yearold children. At this age, children tend to experience energy slumps and lack of motivation. While the ambition is to attain professional heights, continued and sustained effort could be lacking due to various factors.
Vibhinna’s MSA is built by identifying the gaps and converting them to positive attributes through a comprehensive mix of physical and mental elements developed in the FABS model.
Your child will not only excel in sports like football, swimming, yoga, cricket, taekwon-do, and badminton but also build fitness elements like Flexibility, Agility, Balance and Strength that rivals the pros.

FABS
Physical Aspect – Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and
Strength (45-sessions)
Mental Aspect – Focus, Attention, Boldness and Spirit (4 sessions each)
Assess the child’s strengths and weaknesses and identify the
unique capability towards appropriate sports, which will avoid frequent changes
in interest towards different sports.
Children of this age tend to be restless and a commonly
noticed trait is the lack of attention. MSA helps to develop sustained
attention towards the activities performed.
The extended benefit is the improvement of focus in their
academics and well-being.
Duration: 60 minutes
Session structure 3T:
Thirty minutes: Exercise sessions are structured around a 45-session agenda focusing
on the physical aspect of (FABS)2e
Twenty minutes: Motivate and recharge the child’s energies to ensure consistency with
the 20-min fun element, and develop the sporting spirit
Ten minutes: Balance
the energy levels and minimise muscular tension, if any, with a 10-min
relaxation workout.
