Conceptualizing and propagating a holistic fitness program like Vibhinna and ensuring it delivers results to its practitioners is more than a passion for Chetan.  He started practicing Yoga at the age of  10 and understood the importance of ensuring wellness pretty early.

When close family members were diagnosed with diabetes over 7 years ago, conventional treatments required the patient to consume several medicines for the remaining lifespan.

The non-existent work-life balance of an IT job, spurred Chetan to adopt a more balanced occupation. He decided it was time to share the knowledge he had gathered and extend its benefits to the society at large.

In his own fitness journey and teaching career, he found that people started with enthusiasm but often dropped out due to reasons like
family, boredom or just plain procrastination.  Chetan made it his endeavour to fix this aspect in order that the practitioners do not lose out.  So, he
analysed the reasons for drop-outs and came up with family-wide plans like Sport for the children, individualised programs for each family member,
interesting activities like Vana Bhojana, Cycling, Trekking, etc.

At Vibhinna, he ensured that practices keep pace with changing lifestyles.   He also worked to debunk myths like sport = fitness.

Choosing wellness and fitness over his IT career, Chetan embraced this career shift to share his well-earned knowledge to the entire ecosystem.

The PAR Model

Most fitness aspirants have gone through the struggle, tedium and procrastination or family issues when they start on a fitness regime, leading to discontinuation. Having identified the causes for dropouts, Vibhinna developed a comprehensive style of yoga. They tried everything. From fun games, power yoga and other fitness activities, they upscaled the games sessions to sports. Fearing injury, most aspirants refrained from participating in sports. Thereafter, supported with suggestions and research, Vibhinna developed a concept called Preparation>> Application>> Relaxation(PAR). The PAR model consists of 17 types of fitness plans which includes diet plans too. Prep plans are the key to acquiring Flexibility, Endurance, Strength and Balance.
The PAR model nullified injuries in sports.

The PAR model was implemented for 25 aspirants – professionals, home makers and students for a period of three years. The output was overwhelming and surpassed even their expectation. All of the 25 aspirants continued for 3+ years with the same enthusiasm while also gaining various benefits.

Over the last few years, 80+ aspirants have benefited from the PAR model.
